TCI Cleaning starts the cleaning process with one out of two different basic processes; thermic or chemical cleaning. Subsequently we can provide numerous treatments in order to accomplish an optimal finish.
Thermic cleaning
When you choose thermic cleaning, you choose a cleaning process that is customized for your product. For thermic cleaning we place our products in pyrolyse ovens, in which the present pollution is broken down using a heat treatment. When we perform a heat treatment, we take into account all characteristics of the product. We can report on the entire process to confirm the already established cleaning-protocol.
The fumes flow into an after-burner that breaks down compounds that may harm the environment. After the pyrolyse treatment there often remains some anorganic material on the products. We use various after treatments to remove these remains entirely.
Chemical cleaning
During these treatments products are put in different series of chemical baths. Years of experience enables us to create an optimal fit between different process parameters. Through this fine tuning of chemicals, temperature and time, we guarantee to remove even the most sticky pollution.

All installations have their own water purification station. Possibly harmful flows of waste are treated here, in order to prevent harmful substances to enter the environment. (ISO 14001)
It is important to know that none of the products/base materials are affected throughout the process. Original characteristics stay intact.
