Deburring, Washing and Drying - Roto-finish
Deburring is a treatment in which products are rubbed lightly, while a conservation is applied to them and they are dried. This is a perfect treatment for smaller products when the sharp side/bur needs to be removed.
An additional advantage is that your products will look perfect afterwards due to the cleaning characteristics of our roto-finish.
The after treatment takes place in a spiratron. This spiratron provides high-speed vibrations that make little rocks move in a spiral. Then we add a conservation that will reach every surface of any product. Afterwards the products are put into a corn dryer that will take care of a perfect finishing.
