The work as such looks like this
Once we get approval from our customers, we start the process. This starts with removal of the present fencing and placing substitute items. These are put up consistent with lawful guidelines. Therefore it will be perfectly safe to tread on your balcony when these substitutes are placed.
Subsequently the old fences will be taken to TCI Cleaning. Here they will be treated, for which we offer the following options:
In case of galvanized fencing
- Depolishing with galvanization preservation
- Depolishing, de-galvanizing, re-galvanizing
In case of ungalvanized fencing
- Depolishing and preparation for polishing
- Depolishing, galvanizing and pre-treatment
In case of aluminium fencing
- Chemical depolishing
- De-chromatize and re-chromatize
After this sound pre-treatment
Apply a new powdercoating in desired color, usually 2 layer-system (epoxy + polyester powder 120 micron) to vouch for guarantees
When the desired results are obtained, the fences are placed back and the substitutes disappear. The apartment will look like it is new. The delivery includes guarantees and a final check by a safety inspector of the building corporation.
