A golden instrument that will help you save money and the environment. Heat changers are machines that transport heat from one medium (liquid, gas) to another. Heat changers restrict energy use by re-using heat. Engineers use a broad scala of applications for this heat.
High temperatures, conducting mediums and non-stop use cause the heath changer to be covered in pollution. The pollution mainly exists of material that is not a good conductor. After a certain while this pollution will prevent the heat changer from working optimally, or will even block it entirely.
The pollution will at first cause a decrease in efficacy, which is shown by a decrease in heat conduction and a loss of pressure. If the pollution is not removed frequently, this can have awful consequences.
TCI Cleaning has the possibility to clean almost any heat changer. We are specialised in a.o. the cleaning of pipe bundles and plate packages.
With this we offer a full breaking down and assembly, including certain revisions. We do a very precise final check and can attach new rubbers to plate packages. Of course we register every step in these different processes so our customers know what happens to their products.
