Plastics, textile fibers and synthetic rubbers have a great impact on everyday life. Almost all goods in our near environment are –sometimes partially- composed of plastics: building materials, cars, mobile phones, sport goods, furniture, textiles, paint, packaging.. All these plastics have got one thing in common: they are composed of giant molecules, the so-called “polymers”.
Companies in the plastics area have got different parts like pipes, sockets, connection parts, etc that have to be cleaned on a regular basis. One does this to keep the turnover at an optimal level. When certain process parts get blocked this can have expensive effects when production comes to a complete stop.
TCI Cleaning provides the possibility to remove polymer pollution from every process part. Every kind of polymer pollution can be removed by us. This applies to parts during a certain production stop. In some cases this process is not voluntary; when there are certain technical errors and parts of the process get blocked, for instance. The input and output of certain polymers comes to a stop, which causes them to pile up and harden.
