Thermal and chemical paint stripping

TCI Cleaning starts its paint stripping process with one out of two basic processes: thermal or chemical paint stripping. We mainly remove powder coating, other polishes and teflon coatings from steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Subsequently, we offer numerous surface treatments for an optimal finish.
Thermal paint stipping
With our thermal paint stripping methods we make sure that any coating is removed from your product. Both tools and rejected products are stripped in no time. We offer customized quality by countless after-treatments.
In our “Stat Of The Art” pyrolysis vessels, coatings are broken down by a controlled heat treatment. In a oxygen-poor environment all organic polish layers are converted to gass. Any remaining anorganic components are removed using a treatment that is chosen carefully. The final surface treatment is often selected after thorough consultation.
Chemical paint stripping
TCI Cleaning owns different bath series that are appropriate for paint stripping any metal and certain plastics. Products that are sensitive to high temperatures or products with layers of zinc that cannot be removed, are perfect for our chemical paint stripping installations.
In these baths we strip the paint of aluminium and products with layers of zinc of their paint coatings. A great advantage of chemical paint stripping products with layers of zinc, is that the zinc stays intact. Therefore these parts can be re-coated without extra treatments.
TCI Cleaning also has the ability to paint strip some forms of plastics.
