TCI Cleaning has the most advanced techniques when it comes to cleaning and depolishing. The basic processes being used are chemical (ultrasound) bath series, large thermic pyrolyse-ovens and several mechanical techniques like blasting.
Furthermore, we also perform desired specialised assembly renovation and revision projects for our customers. One of the major aspects of our production is thoroughly checking and reporting of performed procedures. If desired, we perform complete cleaning according to the agreed protocol.
Thermic paint stripping and cleaning
Well-controlled to the gas phase!
The “State Of The Art” pyrolyse ovens make sure that TCI Cleaning can paint strip and clean all your products, no matter what structure of coating or pollution.
Thermal paint stripping and cleaning is a process for which TCI Cleaning uses her pyrolyse ovens. In these ovens coatings and mainly organical pollution are broken down and pyrolysed using a controlled heat treatment.
This means that organic pollution will evaporise at a temperature of 300-450 degrees Celcius.
These gasses (fumes) are transferred to the thermic after-burner.
In this after-burner the fumes are burned at high speed. Due to this process, the chimney-output contains no fumes, just heat.

Chemical depolishing and cleaning

Chemical paint stripping and cleaning are processes for which TCI Cleaning uses multiple bath series. In these baths all compounds of pollution or coating are broken down. This procedure makes sure that no pollution at all remains on the base material or on your product.
Several chemical bath series are here for your convenience to clean and stripped products. After referring to our technical specialists we reach the desired results.
The combination of chemicals, temperature and time we treat the pollution thoroughly. The process time depends on the nature and amount of the pollution.

Our locations have their own waterpurification station. All pollution streams are being treated here so no harmful substances will enter the environment.
Ultrasound cleaning
Bubbly in-depth treatment!
Our ultrasound technique makes your product ultra clean.
Thanks to the in-depth treatment combined with our very own medium (chemicals etc.), this technique is very appropriate for a large range of products. Especially when an in-depth treatment and/or a cleaning that carefully removes every single micron is desired, we choose to use an ultrasound treatment.
