Stainless Steel Cleaning

Great results with hardly any after treatments!

Chemical cleaning of Stainless steel

In this treatment, materials are put into a chemical bath. The products are packed manually, to prevent air from coming in. This is important because air interferes with the cleaning process of certain parts of the product. Subsequently the chemical mixture in the bath combined with ultrasound techniques works in on the material. The selected techniques make sure the pollution is broken down and the product leaves the bath “CLEAN”.

Afterwards the products are rinsed in demineralised water (demi-water) and/or steamed with high pressure, to remove chemical remains.

Thermic cleaning of Stainless Steel

In thermic cleaning, we place the products in a pyrolyse oven. By using controlled heat treatments we make sure that the pollution is pyrolysed. When stainless steel is exposed to the heat treatment, the material turns golden brown. This color change is inherent to the material and does not affect the technical characteristics of stainless steel.

After the cleaning some products need follow-up treatment. This after treatment depends on the purpose of the product and sometimes functiones as a pre-treatment to a next step.
