The fumes that are formed during the process of thermic cleaning (pyrolyse) are broken down entirely in the after burner, which prevents emission of harmful fumes.

Zero defect tolerance

After thermic cleaning various after treatments are possible, which happens after discussion with the customers. There is a 100% visual check of cleaned products.

Quality Assurance

Thermic cleaning is done by a controlled warming up and cooling down of the pyrolyse oven. The thermic pyrolyse process is permanently watched and registered. It is possible to register the object. All data can be registered and displayed visually.
