In the initial phase of cleaning, TCI Cleaning often employs one of two basic processes, thermal or chemical cleaning. The final decision regarding the process to use mainly depends on the material of your product. Below is an overview of the materials that TCI Cleaning can process.

Cleaning Steel

TCI Cleaning’s paint stripping or cleaning processes are extremely suitable for use on carbon steel. If desired, the products can then be pickled to remove rust. The products will then remain free of rust for a short period. If required, we can lengthen this period by applying a preservative.

Zn

Cleaning Galvanised Steel

Of course, we can also strip paint from galvanised steel. The cleaning process will not damage the zinc layer. However, it is possible that you prefer the zinc layer to be ‘cracked’ to remove the zinc. TCI Cleaning can also carry out this zinc ‘cracking’ for you.

RVS

Cleaning Stainless Steel

TCI Cleaning can also clean your stainless steel parts. The properties of the material make the product both thermally and chemically suitable for treatment. Moreover, stainless steel parts have the advantage that they require little to no post-treatment after the paint has been stripped.

Cleaning Aluminium

Aluminium products are often expensive. Therefore, the reuse of aluminium products is always very much desired. A chemical process is often used to strip aluminium. This process does not harm the material properties of the aluminium.
