Our chemical baths include ultrasonic agitation. Thanks to the penetration of the treatment in combination with the formulas we have developed (chemicals, etc.) this technique is extremely suitable for a wide range of products.
In particular when a penetrative treatment and/or cleaning that carefully removes every micron is desired, ultrasonic treatment is chosen.

How Does Ultrasonic Cleaning Work?
The cleaning effect in an ultrasonic system arises because we create high-frequency sound waves and send them through a chemical liquid. Cavitation naturally creates small air bubbles that implode causing the contamination to detach. This happens everywhere, also in small recesses, therefore we call this penetrative cleaning.
